The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, fireplace, satellite flatscreen, internet, radio, seating area and lazy chairs. There is a spacious terrace in front of the apartment containing a large (dining) table and plenty of chairs. There are large parasols and sufficient sofa's, sun beds and a couch.
The house has a unique view of the valley and of the medieval village Montefioralle. The whole home is centrally heated.
Large kitchen containing a dishwasher, five gas rings, electric oven, a fridge and various electric appliances. There are two modern bathrooms with, amongst other things, a shower cabin, toilet, bidet/wash basin, washing machine and a bath. Four large bedrooms all with lit-jumeaux-beds.
Also available for our younger guests: a child's bed, two toddler beds and several high chairs.
The owners are occasionally present in their private quarters upstairs, which are otherwise not used. Guests will have exclusive use of the pool, which is accessible by private path.
