The farmhouse Casa Panzanellino is situated in the middle of 3 hectares of self-owned terrain, with many olive trees and vineyards. Various terraces are situated around the apartments offering a stunning view. The private car park is found at a lower level.
The original state of the farmhouse has been renovated to preserve the authenticity as much as is possible. The terracotta floors and wooden beams are all original as is the pizza oven and fireplaces.
The kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped with all the modern facilities and both apartments are tastefully decorated in Tuscan style.
Casa Panzanellino is divided into two separate units. The first, Montefioralle, is 150 square meters. The second, Monte Gonzi, is 200 square meters. Both Montefioralla and Monte Gonzi sleep eight persons each.
The two units can also be rented together: Casa Panzanellino. Combined they are more than 350 square meters and sleep sixteen people'Casa Panzanellino'
Casa Panzanellino is very child friendly. Children's beds and high chairs are available upon request.
The kitchen town provides fresh fruit and vegetables for you to enjoy. You'll also find our own pressed "Casa Panzanellino Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva" for your pleasure.
A beautiful swimming pool (5 x 10 m) is situated at a distance of 30 meters from the house offering a picturesque view of Montefioralle. The pool is meant for communal use. Ample sun beds are provided including 2 large parasols.
Ugolino, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Italy, is found directly in the region only 5 km under Florence.
Unknown beauty for the taking: Panzanellino is surrounded by beautiful cities such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggione, Montepulciano, Volterra and Castellina. In both Panzano and Greve you can find all the shops you might need during your stay.
